I think this may be my favourite song on the album (although that's a tough call). It's like the love child of "I Am The Walrus", "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Paranoid Android" and "This Town Ain't Big Enough For The Both Of Us". It's big, it's epic, it's over the top and I love every second of it. It's like a mini rock opera.
Taking on the Internet trolls with an epic rock opera, Glitoris rallies against political interference on social media, online stalking, the divisive tactics of troll farms, as well as unsolicited DMs and sharing nudes (or not). A force to be reckoned with, Glitoris fights for their online existence - and ends up with their social accounts suspended for violating community standards!
lyrics
Your attention please
Citizens all around the world are slowly disappearing…
Deep down the rabbit hole
Keyboard warriors know where you are
Spinning numbers round their medicine jar
Pretty pills you gonna spit or swallow?
Orchestration behind the screens
Click clickety time we got your dopamine
Anything for the likes and follows
They build a profile against your name
House always wins when you play their game
Smoke and mirrors beyond the hollow
Desperation behind the screams
They know what you want and they got the memes
Expect more of the same tomorrow
No wonder we can never look back
We’re going under
Do we counter attack?
Na na na na na na na
Take a look at this face
I’m working it like a perfect airbrushed miracle
She been swiping right
Up all night in a fight
Cos she wouldn’t send a picture of her asshole
We got the moves and we’re shredding it
All over fucking TikTok TikTok
Our collective identity is dictated by our followers
And they stalk us, stalk us
No wonder
We can never look back
And when we sunder
Do we counter attack?
Na na na na na na na
Na na na na na na na
Na na na na na na na
Na
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Your account has been suspended for violating community standards
Hello we’re the bots
And we pretend to be your friends
And we’ve got your IP address
We know your VPN
Inciting outrage! Chaos!
It’s a shock extravaganza
We’re gonna infiltrate your feed
With lies and propaganda at the
[Troll farm, troll farm]
We’re coming after SJWs
[Troll farm, troll farm]
With pseudonymous lies
[Troll farm, troll farm]
Watch out you feminazis!
We’re coming after all of you!
You snowflakes!
We have come here to manipulate the discourse
We don’t give a fuck whose side you’re on
[Division, division, division, division]
Destabilising democratic process
[Division, division division, division]
With extremities and ultimately we will
Conquer, conquer!
Divide and conquer, conquer!
Divide and conquer, conquer!
Divide and conquer, conquer!
Come and say that, come and say that
Come and say that to our faces
Come and say that, come and say that
Come and say that to our faces
If we’re gonna go down fighting
At least we’ll belong
If we’re gonna go down swinging
We’ll be singing this song
Stand up and be counted
No wonder
We can never look back
And when we sunder
Do we counter attack?
Na na na na na na na
Na na na na na na na
Na na na na na na na
Na

Loud. Unapologetic. Hilarious. Fierce, Fun, Frenetic, and Femme: Glitoris is more than just a band. Blending genre-defying
art rock musicianship with razor-sharp lyrics, sardonic wit, on-point politics, and theatrical badassery, Glitoris is equal parts fists-in-the-air anthems, high-octane frenzy, and call-to-arms empowerment....more
